Ok, so I have to admit something, I love Kevin Smith! I love all his movies (except Jersey Girl) his comics have been hit or miss for me, while his Batman Stories have been great, his run on Green Hornet just left me a little, lets say deflated. So this comic is one of the better ones, which I was truly worried about, as I loved the comics Kick-Ass and it sequels. Hit-Girl season 2 has a bunch of stuff to make fans of the comics and movies happy.

The Intensity of Saw comes to Outer Space in Project Ithaca
Trapped. No way out. Searching for a crevice, but the walls are dark and no one has a clue how they got there in the first place. Project Ithaca finds five strangers on an alien spaceship, an alien spaceship that runs on their fear. The strangers are trapped and they soon realize that this species has been abducting humans for possibly centuries. The films cast features Deragh Campbell (Never Eat Alone), Daniel Fathers (Snatch), and James Gallanders (Saw II and The Bride of Chucky).
The horrors of Saw come to outer space in the sci-fi film, Project Ithaca. The film follows five strangers trapped aboard on an alien spaceship, a spaceship powered by their fear. Captain Marvel is the latest movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after the unforgettable events that occurred in Avengers: Infinity War. Since Infinity War left things in a way that made the audience curious about what would happen next, it was interesting to see what they come up with. All things considered, the next movie had to be something notable and memorable to leave the audience wanting more. Being that Captain Marvel was their first solo female superhero movie, I wanted to see what they could do with this material, and see if this would satisfying my appetite until Endgame came out. DC did a good job in creating an entertaining movie with Wonder Woman, which handled similar material of women who are able to be fighters in their own world and struggling to find their place and humanity in ours. While it’s admirable that Marvel finally put a female superhero at the forefront in one of their movies, this is still a “by the numbers” origin story that you’ve seen time and time again. Still, it’s watchable and it will be pleasing for those just wanting a movie that just cuts to the chase to provide a mostly standalone Sci-Fi action adventure movie. Marvel competently made a movie that seemed to hit the mark for a lot of people and that’s cool. It will be most agreeable for those who are either the most casual Marvel fans or the diehards who always rewatch all the movies leading up to their latest chapter.

What would happen if there was a way to grow organs and other body parts instead of waiting for a donor? In Rob Guillory’s latest project Farmhand, we get a look into that world. This starts with a farmer (Jedidah) who creates a plant that eliminates the need to wait for transplants to help individuals in need, grow them. Jedidah grows almost everything including arms on a tree. Jedidah’s son Ezekiel and him have a fall out and the issue starts with Ezekiel returning to his hometown to reluctantly join the family business.
