Global content leader Lionsgate and Saban Films are unleashing horror icon and heavy metal mastermind Rob Zombie’s 3 From Hell, the follow-up to House of 1,000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects, as the next chapter in the blood-soaked crime saga. The film will be released in nearly 900 select movie theaters on September 16, 17 and 18, 2019 through Fathom’s Digital Broadcast Network (DBN). Fathom Events will broadcast the unrated version to theaters with each night featuring unique bonus content.

In 2019, the horror icon Chucky stars in this 2019 reboot movie and an upcoming SyFy network television series that connects to the original series. This is because two different studios (Orion Pictures and Universal) are battling for the rights of the franchise and character. However, this reimagining of Child’s Play is how you do a reimagining, reboot, etc.
I’ll never forget where I was when I first saw David Lynch’s Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me. I was 13 years old in a pre-streaming world with the movie being the easiest way to access the show thanks to cable television. Seeing parodies of the show and the fact that I was a dedicated TV Guide reader, where the magazine often touted it as one of the great shows of our time, made me more curious about checking it out. When I finally sat down to finally enter this world on a late summer night in 2006, I despised it so much that I wished that I was in a theater with a drink so I could throw something at the screen with the nonsense I was being shown. Little did I know, for David Lynch’s stuff, being weird and nonsensical was a constant in his filmography.

Trapped. No way out. Searching for a crevice, but the walls are dark and no one has a clue how they got there in the first place. Project Ithaca finds five strangers on an alien spaceship, an alien spaceship that runs on their fear. The strangers are trapped and they soon realize that this species has been abducting humans for possibly centuries. The films cast features Deragh Campbell (Never Eat Alone), Daniel Fathers (Snatch), and James Gallanders (Saw II and The Bride of Chucky).
