Stuart (Matt Walsh) is having a mid-life crisis. After losing his job, tagging along on his best friends’ family vacation to Paris, and humiliating himself by proposing to their 24-year-old daughter, he teams up with Liam (Reid Scott), a self-proclaimed ladies’ man. The two head off to the French countryside where they soon cross paths with Louise (Judith Godrèche), a beautiful vineyard-owner. Love is on the horizon, but Stuart’s going to have to get past a few hurdles — and out of his own way — in order to find it in this romantic coming-of-middle-age comedy.

The best acting roles are those that allow artists to build on the best parts of their personalities to develop authentic characters. The characters that develop are more relatable and strengthen the projects to which they contribute. Keli Price (Side Effects) relies on his own resilient drive and determination to portray Joe, the leader of a graduate student cohort performing a sleep study under dubious ethical circumstances, in the horror film Sleep No More. I had a chance to talk with Keli about his creative approach and making the film ahead of its October 2nd release on DVD ($27.97), VOD, and digital platforms.

Action Star Alexander Nevsky Brings with BIG Wins at Action On Film XIV in Las Vegas!

 

Russian Film Star and Action Legend Alexander Nevsky wins big at Action on Film 2018’s MEGAFest over the weekend. MAXIMUM IMPACT which Nevsky produced and stars in won “Best Action Film of the Year” along with wins for “Best Action Sequence” and “Best Special Effects.”

In addition, Nevsky received the festival’s “Breakout Action Star of the Year” Award and co-star Matthias Hues received the festival’s Icon Award.

MAXIMUM IMPACT is the biggest film in my career and I’m so glad it was recognized in such a great way! I’m also happy to receive the “Breakout Action Star Award” and would like to thank “Action on Film International Film Festival” and Mr. Del Weston for this honor.
